UPDATE: March 23, 2012
After much consideration – and months of in-home testing and scrutinizing – I am convinced that e-cloth® offers a product that is equal in quality and performance to Norwex but is more reasonably priced. I still stand behind my review of the Norwex Enviro cloth, but the e-cloth® General Purpose cloth performs just as well - and is of equally high quality - at a fraction of the price.
I’m probably the only woman alive that doesn’t own a pair of black shoes.
Going out for dinner a couple of weeks ago, I put on my smart black pants and a cashmere sweater only to find that I had no shoes to wear. Out of desperation, I dug out my black Blundstone boots.
I hadn’t worn them since last spring, when I used them to dig up the garden. So they were coated with dried up soil and a lot of dust from just lying around (not to mention the huge spider web in one of them).
But no worries chicken curry! My damp Enviro Cloth wiped them up in a jiffy and they were cleaner than they had been in years.
I’ve also used the Enviro Cloth with great results on my hiking boots, sneakers and Crocs.
FYI, I advise that you NOT use the Enviro Cloth on shoes that have shoe polish on them unless you want to take the polish off.
