30 Days of the Norwex Enviro Cloth – DAY 28 – CLEANING WHEN PREGNANT

UPDATE: March 23, 2012

After much consideration – and months of in-home testing and scrutinizing – I am convinced that e-cloth® offers a product that is equal in quality and performance to Norwex but is more reasonably priced. As such, I have resigned as a Norwex Consultant. I still stand behind my review of the Norwex Enviro Cloth, but the e-cloth® General Purpose Cloth (and the new e-cloth® Antibacterial Cloth) performs just as well – and is of equally high quality – at a fraction of the price.

When I’m pregnant, my nose becomes bionic. It can smell even the faintest odour from remarkable distances. I can distinguish all smells with my bionic nose, but the rest of my pregnant body puts even the faintest of odours into one of two categories:

  1. smells that are absurdly offensive and make me gag (eg., food, smoke, farts) and
  2. smells that are overpoweringly fragrant and give me piercing headaches (eg., perfumes, shampoo, CLEANING PRODUCTS)

If you are now, or have ever been pregnant, you know what I mean.

So I thank goodness for my Enviro Cloth. Because even in my lazy, nauseous state, I’ve managed to keep my house relatively clean without having to smell any cleaning products.

Plus, are you aware that some chemicals in common household cleaning products have been linked to childhood asthma and birth defects?

The Enviro Cloth, and in fact ALL Norwex cleaning products are safe for use during pregnancy.

If you suffer from asthma or environmental allergies, you’ll also appreciate the amazing cleaning powers of the Enviro Cloth and a little water.
