30 Days of the Norwex Enviro Cloth – DAY 24 – KEYBOARD

UPDATE: March 23, 2012

After much consideration – and months of in-home testing and scrutinizing – I am convinced that e-cloth® offers a product that is equal in quality and performance to Norwex but is more reasonably priced. As such, I have resigned as a Norwex Consultant. I still stand behind my review of the Norwex Enviro Cloth, but the e-cloth® General Purpose Cloth (and the new e-cloth® Antibacterial Cloth) performs just as well – and is of equally high quality – at a fraction of the price.

I ate a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast this morning while emailing and clumsily tipped the bowl over onto the keyboard. Oops. But it was nothing that my good old damp Enviro Cloth couldn’t handle. Got in between all the keys and I see from the colour of the cloth that it picked up a lot more than just milk and oats. Gross.

Since I was here, I also cleaned the mouse and one of our phones that happened to be sitting on the desk. Then I wiped the desk. Nice.

A word to the wise: you may want to consider disconnecting your keyboard from the computer before cleaning it. All that wiping – you never know what combination of buttons you’ll press and what that’ll do to your computer.

NOTE: I do NOT recommend cleaning your computer screen with the Enviro cloth. For computer screen (or television screen) cleaning, you may want to check out the e-cloth screen cleaning pack.
